1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
orange zest

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark sugar

3 cups carrot
1 cup raisins

45 min @ 180 C

Cream Cheese Frosting: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Extra: 8 oz crushed pineapple
